New transcriptions by Leslie Howard, a leading pianist of Franz Liszt’s works, musicologist and composer are now available in following the recollections of “Réminiscences de l’opéra Turandot de Puccini, Op. 39” and “Ruddigore Fantaisie de concert pour piano, op. 40, d’après d’opéra de Sullivan“. Techniques that Leslie Howard is good at, such as the enchanting melody and the three-handed technique that Sigismond Thalberg was also good at, are used in this work. It is also suitable as a work for encore.
